Introducing new short-form audio content from inrehearsal

Boxset cover for how to audio content showing a woman listening to audio content at a desk

95% of UK adults consume audio content every week.

On the commute. Out for a walk. Chilling at home.

Podcasts and audiobooks have changed the content we consume in our personal lives.

So it’s no surprise that more L&D teams and employees are craving audio in their professional lives too.

Which is why we’re thrilled to announce our new short-form audio content, building on the popular inrehearsal podcast.

Starting with our how-to series

8 episodes, all around 10-minutes long, and offering practical advice for common challenges.

“They take those challenging moments that people experience on a day to day basis. How to have a difficult conversation. How to get ready for that very important meeting or presentation.

“And provide people with short-form content that’s 10 minutes of inspiration, ideas, and ways of approaching that challenging or difficult moment.” – Ben Gallacher, inrehearsal Co-Founder.

Helping L&D teams deliver diverse, comprehensive learning experiences

This builds on something customers already love about inrehearsal; the ability to deliver diverse learning experiences with different formats and consistent, expert quality.

“I think being able to tackle the same topic via video, through live events, through e-courses, and now through audio only content could only make learning strategy easier, simpler, and able to reach more people.”  – Ben Gallacher, inrehearsal Co-Founder.

For every employee, not just those in the field

It’s easy to assume that audio content is just for non-desk based employees, and it absolutely reduces barriers when it comes to accessibility…

But audio is for every employee! Research shows us that audio content is not only widely enjoyed, but that many people use it to learn.

“I personally think it’s for everyone. I love listening to audiobooks. I love engaging with audio only content. I also love video, and that’s kind of why I started inrehearsal.

“But I think it’s good for everyone to tackle topics in different and diverse ways.” – Ben Gallacher, inrehearsal Co-Founder.

We’ll keep growing and testing our audio offering, based on feedback from our customers

Releasing new audio content has been driven by feedback from our customers, and their feedback will be crucial to what comes next.

“Our thinking with our audio only content is to see it as a series. So series one, is that how to approach…

“Our second series is going to be expert driven. A different style that’s a bit more anecdotal and driven by the expert who’s narrating their article or episodes.

“Beyond that, who knows? But I think experimentation, not committing to a modality being a certain form, but constantly looking to evolve and change, which is a great way to go.” – Ben Gallacher, inrehearsal Co-Founder.
