About your host:
James Lloyd is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Member of the Institute Of Directors, with a background in HR, Six Sigma and Agile working.
He’s worked in senior roles in large international corporate businesses and with SMEs and set up his own business in 2019.
James is especially passionate about building businesses with Trustworthy, Credible HR teams that deliver pragmatic, impactful People strategy in their businesses, whilst also being an advocate for the People that work in them.
