inrehearsal Live Masterclasses 2025

The Future of Leadership
Trevor Hudson, Author and Trainer with Tuff Leadership Training will take you on a ‘10-minute time travel’ from Feudal Europe through industrial and postindustrial organisations up to the present day where inherited (subtle and invisible) ways of leading and showing up, just don’t work anymore. In time for 2025 resolutions, Trevor will spell out the high trust, high empowerment, and radically human leadership slowly transforming organisations from the inside out. In this highly interactive session, Trevor will let you on on the secret of what is happening ‘out there’ in progressive companies and practically how you, your team or your organisation can create extreme levels of efficiency through adapting your ‘way of being’.

How to Be More Productive
Join coach and Author, Robbie Swale, to make 2025 your most productive year yet. In this workshop, Robbie will introduce you to five ideas that will move you from worrying about time management to thinking about true productivity. But this isn’t just a set of hacks (although there will be some of those) this is about making productivity human, and helping you not only get more done, but also feel much better as you do it.

Impact & Presence
This 1hr online webinar will invite participants to practically explore tools and techniques to raise impact when communicating both online and in person and to adapt your communication style to have greater influence in presentations and meetings.
Led by an experienced voice and communication skills coach, this training will touch on different practical strategies to enhance presence, boost your verbal and non-verbal communication and flex your communication style to have more impact and influence in meetings and presentations.

Unlocking Client Relations with EQ
A thought-provoking webinar on the importance of developing emotional intelligence when working with clients, both internal and external. We’ll explore practical strategies for recognising and managing emotions, understanding client behaviours and needs, and communicating effectively to build trust and foster collaboration. Discover how enhancing your emotional intelligence can improve client interactions and drive business success.

Daily Coaching Skills
Practical, high-impact coaching skills you can start using today in the workplace to bring out the best in those around you.

Neurodiversity Unmasked
“We’re all on the spectrum somewhere, aren’t we?”
“You don’t act like Rainman.”
“It’s a superpower.”
“Don’t you grow out of that?”
“Is that the sweary one?”
“That’s only for boys.”
With increased awareness and diagnosis, it’s now believed that around 20% of people could be neurodivergent—that’s 1 in 5! We’re present in almost every organisation and team. Have you spotted us yet?
In this session, we’ll unmask neurodiversity, helping you unlock untapped potential, creativity, and success by understanding, embracing, and empowering your neurodivergent staff.

Mastering The Five Fundamentals of Negotiation
An engaging and interactive webinar on mastering the Five Fundamentals of Negotiation. Learn how to control space and time, determine when to sell, negotiate, or stay silent, and understand why making the first move is crucial. We’ll also explore how to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively and how to navigate your negotiation plan effectively. Boost your skills and join a new generation of more effective negotiators!

Working With Endings & Beginnings
Endings are a constant presence at work, whether it’s adapting to new ways of working, changes in leadership, colleagues leaving, technological advancements, mergers, or even personal decisions to work differently. Recognising the inevitability of loss and knowing when to persevere or when to let go — is a vital life skill. This webinar will help you reflect on the losses you’ve experienced and reframe those endings as beginnings.
This session provides a space to process the inevitable endings that accompany our professional lives. For example, becoming a leader brings many gains, but also the loss of being “one of the team.” As roles evolve, there are losses as well as opportunities for growth. We’ll explore how regret can reveal what truly matters to us and examine ways to learn from past decisions while remaining focused on the present. The session will also address how to navigate grief in the workplace, both your own and that of your colleagues. Through the concept of memento mori — remembering that we will die — we’ll uncover how to live more fully and with less regret.

How To Deliver Feedback Effectively
We will host an interactive webinar designed to teach participants new techniques for delivering feedback that is both heard and received effectively. Poorly communicated or painful feedback can have a lasting negative impact, but with the help of accessible tools, this session will show you how to convey your message clearly while keeping your audience in mind.

Mind Mastery
The webinar introduces Daryll’s ‘Wild Intelligence’ model — a triune theory of mind grounded in philosophy, psychology, and neuroscience. Presented in an accessible format, it explores your imaginative, rational, and emotional minds before integrating them into a whole-minded approach to understanding motivation, thinking, and performance. This webinar is both informative and experiential — you’ll leave the session feeling genuinely different.

Creating a High Standards Culture
In competitive industries, we need to be at our best to thrive.
These industries are often steeped in myths about what it takes to succeed — hustle culture, all-nighters, demanding clients, and even harsher creative directors. The narrative has long been tied to the idea that toughness is essential for success. These myths have convinced many that being ‘alpha’ or a dominant taskmaster is the only path to creating great work. But nothing could be further from the truth. The assumption that high standards require brutality is one of the most damaging and counterintuitive beliefs still held. It fosters poor leadership, toxic behaviours, and negative cultures.
There is a better way.
Creating a High Standards Culture explores a more effective route to building high-performing organisations. By unlocking potential in people and fostering cultures where individuals and high standards can thrive together, we can create stronger agencies and a more successful industry as a whole.

Philosophy Slam
Through improvisation and free association, philosopher and writer Robert Rowland Smith will freestyle across diverse subjects and themes, all inspired by this year’s Learning at Work Week theme. Get ready for insight, inspiration, and ideas sparked by single-word topics suggested by you, the inrehearsal audience.
Think of it as a workout for the mind and soul — an opportunity to stretch your thinking. Drawing on the world of philosophy and inspired by the world around and within us, Robert will delve into big questions about existence, self-identity, wellbeing, the past, the future, and beyond.

How Creative Constraints Innovate Decision-Making
This workshop empowers busy leaders and managers to make better decisions by drawing on creative practices used by artists and supported by neuroscience. From cultivating opportunities for “genius” to strike, to facilitating the flow of ideas, transforming them into outcomes, and effectively communicating those outcomes in collaboration, every team benefits from robust creative processes and solutions.
The modern workplace demands both rigorous decision-making and the ability to iterate at an increasingly rapid pace. In a world where overwhelm and anxiety are on the rise, the organisations that thrive are those that navigate the flood of choices with a creative mindset.

Adopting a Global Mindset
Top tips for working in multicultural and diverse teams, including recognising that our ability to think differently can enhance, rather than hinder, our willingness to collaborate effectively.

Making Change A Good Thing
While “managing through change” and “leading through change” are hot topics in the corporate leadership suite, this workshop is designed for everyone. It provides an opportunity to work on how we navigate change and take ownership of what happens next — no matter how big, small, or life-changing the change may be.
This workshop introduces the Five Steps of Change framework, a practical tool participants can return to again and again, regardless of the situation. The five steps are: Acknowledge, Observe, Process, Explore, and Choose. These steps are circular and often messy, reflecting the true nature of change. Together, we’ll delve into the questions to ask ourselves at each stage and identify areas where we can become more intentional and self-aware. By the end of the workshop, participants will transition from feeling like “change is happening to me” to confidently “owning what happens next.

Presenting With Impact
Presenting ourselves effectively is crucial when selling, persuading, or informing. Our audience needs to believe in us and engage with what we are saying. In this session, you’ll learn to identify your communication style and adjust your habits to speak with authority and gravitas. Build confidence and clarity by harnessing the power of your body and breath to enhance your communication.

The Art of Collaboration: Improvisation
“Why improv? Play is the heart of improvisation. Getting into a playful state is key to attaining the perfect improv flow. My approach to improvisation is learning through active participation in a warm and encouraging environment where everyone gets the opportunity to let their own individual voice shine while also feeling part of a bigger team.
By the end of the webinar participants will have opened new neural pathways, found new ways of approaching spontaneity, lost some fear of the unknown, found new ways to navigate conversations, gained confidence in speaking publicly, been emboldened to own their mistakes and had a fun time learning through play. My workshops help you be a kid again in a safe space where failure is encouraged, and silliness is the only thing that’s mandatory.”

Characters for Difficult Conversations
In challenging workplace situations, people often become overwhelmed by emotions such as hurt, anger, disappointment, confusion, and frustration. In this session, we’ll invite you to view these emotional responses as characters appearing onstage in a dramatic scene. You’ll learn how to identify the characters present in any interaction and discover how to access, rehearse, and embody a diverse cast of characters who can respond creatively and effectively in any difficult conversation or interaction.

Facilitation Excellence
Do your presentations fall flat, or do your meetings feel more like monologues than meaningful dialogue? This 1 hour webinar, led by critically acclaimed theatre director and seasoned facilitator Rob Watt, reimagines how corporate leaders can transform from presenters into impactful facilitators.
In this session, Rob will introduce essential techniques such as Socratic Questioning and Radical Listening, empowering you to lead with clarity and draw out valuable insights from your team. You’ll learn how to foster critical thinking and create an environment where participants actively engage, collaborate, and contribute their best ideas.
This isn’t just another lecture — it’s an interactive exploration into facilitation mastery. Through real-time exercises and actionable strategies, you’ll discover how small shifts in your approach can drive more dynamic discussions and sharper decision-making. Say goodbye to one-sided presentations and unlock the power of collective intelligence.
Whether you’re leading a boardroom, a project team, or a workshop, this webinar will equip you with fresh skills to lead more effectively, listen more deeply, and foster an atmosphere of shared discovery.

Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Rather than celebrating and enjoying our successes, many of us find ourselves consumed by internal worry, fearing the moment we’ll be ‘found out.’
Imposter syndrome is often tied to low confidence, anxiety, and perfectionism. To address it, we need to understand the thinking patterns that fuel it. In this session, we’ll explore tools to help manage these thought patterns and overcome the feeling that we don’t deserve our achievements.

Unlock the Power of Storytelling
This webinar provides an enjoyable, interactive, and practical introduction to storytelling. Led by Jem, an experienced actor, it offers proven storytelling techniques from the actor’s toolbox to “hook” audiences and keep them engaged.
We’ll delve into key questions such as: Why are stories so powerful? How do they work? What techniques can you use? And how can these be applied to business presentations?

ADHD in 2025 — Panel Discussion
Join a panel of professionals with ADHD as we explore the world of work for neurodivergent individuals in 2025. Enhance your knowledge, understanding, and awareness of ADHD — what it is, what it isn’t, the myths, and its impact.
Engage in the conversation, get your questions answered, and hear the lived experiences of Lisa, Suzi, and Matthew. Discover tools, techniques, and mindsets to help create more inclusive workplaces for everyone.

Say what? Questioning and Listening skills
We live in a noisy world, inundated with endless streams of data competing for our attention. Combined with busy workloads, it’s increasingly challenging to be present and know what to focus on.
Listening offers us a chance to learn, foster curiosity about others, and make more discerning choices about what we act on. If great listening is the destination, questions are the path that lead us there.
In this session, we’ll unpack what concepts like “active listening” truly mean. We’ll explore different types of questions and the traps they can present, examine common listening biases, and learn how to use coaching skills to connect more authentically with those around us.
