About your host:

Joel trained as a voice coach at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where he was awarded the VASTA Diversity Scholarship. His extensive experience working with a variety of actors allows him to be responsive, intuitive, and adaptable as a coach.

As a corporate coach, Joel specialises in Public Speaking and Presence & Impact. He has worked with prestigious clients, including the NHS (Nurses of the Windrush), Disney, Barclays, Santander, and Merlin Entertainment Group.

Joel is also an accomplished voice-over artist, with a career spanning more than 15 years in the recording booth. His expertise extends to teaching and instructing others in this highly sought-after and often lucrative field.

In addition to his work in the corporate and performance sectors, Joel has significant experience working with young people. He collaborates closely with RADA and The National Theatre’s outreach programmes, offering tailored accent training and audition preparation designed specifically for younger audiences.

Passionate about providing quality voice and speech training across performance, education, and business sectors, Joel aims to instil vocal confidence and communicative ownership in all his clients.
