After studying humanities and sharpening his strategic thinking at McKinsey & Company, he discovered his passion for reimagining how people learn and grow within organizations. Since 2006, he has been on a mission to help companies, organizations, and government entities unlock their learning potential through innovative approaches that put human agency at the center.
As co-founder of Lernhacks, a Germany-based consultancy dedicated to learning, Thomas has witnessed firsthand how technology can either enhance or hinder genuine learning.
