In challenging workplace situations, people often become overwhelmed by emotions such as hurt, anger, disappointment, confusion, and frustration. In this session, we’ll invite you to view these emotional responses as characters appearing onstage in a dramatic scene. You’ll learn how to identify the characters present in any interaction and discover how to access, rehearse, and embody a diverse cast of characters who can respond creatively and effectively in any difficult conversation or interaction.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to improve working relationships
  • Explore different approaches to challenging situations and conversations
  • Develop behavioural flexibility
  • Gain a new perspective on how we think and act
  • Increase self-awareness and understanding of others

Who is this relevant for?

This session is ideal for anyone looking to better understand their own motivations and those of their colleagues, while discovering ways to build more effective workplace relationships.
