About your host:

Hayley Bennett is a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant and equality campaigner. She specialises in facilitating workshops on race fluency, allyship and Inclusive Leadership. Her experience developing mentorship and leadership programmes has led her to win multiple awards for her work in this field.

Hayley’s understanding of creating inclusive workplace cultures has led her to consult for some of the world’s largest employers and global brands. She has achieved results in joining up with businesses to improve gender, race equality and employee wellbeing.

She is a well-known lecturer and regularly speaks at the University of Bolton on Race and Sport and is the first Commonwealth Women’s Mentoring programme.
