ESG has moved from being a narrow area of activism, driven by people who want to change the world, to a sphere of risk management for companies.

Companies who do not understand or choose to ignore ESG issues will most likely face reputational damage and the loss of customers, investors, and employees.

Much of the regulation and guidance will soon become mandatory, so it is essential that we all develop a clear understanding of the impact we are having on society and the environment we live in and what we can do to change it.

Lena is an ESG Strategist & Sustainability Leadership Advisor with a background in investment banking and finance.

For over 20 years she held senior revenue generating roles before diving into the world of social entrepreneurship and setting up her own business in 2018.
