Rob Watt is a critically acclaimed director, dramaturg, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience creating immersive, audience-centred experiences across the arts and corporate sectors. During his tenure at Theatre Centre, Rob led projects that amplified diverse voices and deeply engaged audiences, consistently pushing creative boundaries to bring clarity to a fractured world.

Rob regularly teaches at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and collaborates with the Institute of the Arts Barcelona. He also serves as a governor at Addy and Stanhope Secondary School in Lewisham.

In the corporate sector, Rob partners with organisations such as JP Morgan Chase, MSC Cruises, Accenture, and Deloitte to design immersive learning experiences that foster critical and creative thinking.
