Ever find yourself banging your head against a wall trying to change someone else’s behaviour?
Most influencing attempts fail because they’re built on a naïve view of human beings. We assume people act on information, intentions, and common sense, then act surprised when none of it works.
Through peculiar stories, smart science, and interactive exercises, this session uncovers how human behaviour actually works and how to influence it. After joining, you’ll never look at people the same way again, and this new outlook will help you influence (almost) anybody.
What we’ll cover:
- Why typical influencing methods fail.
- How to spot the subtle forces shaping human behaviour.
- The illogical ways to influence the people around you.
Why is it important for people to learn this skill?
Businesses don’t change without behaviour change.
Who is this relevant for?
Anybody who needs to influence what others do.
