While “managing through change” and “leading through change” are hot topics in the corporate leadership suite, this workshop is designed for everyone. It provides an opportunity to work on how we navigate change and take ownership of what happens next—no matter how big, small, or life-changing the change may be.
This workshop introduces the Five Steps of Change framework, a practical tool participants can return to again and again, regardless of the situation. The five steps are: Acknowledge, Observe, Process, Explore, and Choose.
These steps are circular and often messy, reflecting the true nature of change. Together, we’ll delve into the questions to ask ourselves at each stage and identify areas where we can become more intentional and self-aware.
By the end of the workshop, participants will transition from feeling like “change is happening to me” to confidently “owning what happens next.
What we’ll cover:
- How to change your relationship with change
- How to use your values to guide you through change
- How to understand change as an opportunity
- How to see things from a different perspective
- How to navigate change and turn it into a positive experience
