About your host:
Lisa is a Chartered Accountant with a background in Corporate Finance and HR. For over 20 years, she held senior financial and operational roles before establishing her consulting business in 2020.
Lisa is Autistic and ADHD, saying, “My brain is wired differently. I can absorb information, process it on the spot, and create innovative solutions for clients. But being neurodivergent presents challenges in the workplace. Through speaking, coaching, and consulting, I help businesses develop neurodiversity strategies and support neurodivergent employees.”
