Rather than celebrating and enjoying our successes, many of us find ourselves consumed by internal worry, fearing the moment we’ll be ‘found out.’

Imposter syndrome is often tied to low confidence, anxiety, and perfectionism. To address it, we need to understand the thinking patterns that fuel it. In this session, we’ll explore tools to help manage these thought patterns and overcome the feeling that we don’t deserve our achievements.

What we’ll cover:

  • What is imposter syndrome, and why do we experience it?
  • How to recognise and understand the thoughts and feelings that contribute to imposter syndrome
  • Practical tools to manage and overcome imposter syndrome

Who is this relevant for?

This session is relevant for anyone who occasionally feels like an impostor.
