For many organisations, elearning is still closely associated with compliance; it’s viewed as something to complete, rather than something that can support development. Making elearning an effective part of your learning strategy, with engagement and completion in mind, takes intention and planning. In this 30-minute session, we’ll explore how to make the most of inrehearsal’s elearning library — from in-depth courses to bite-sized microlearns. Following a full refresh of our learning library and the introduction of microlearns in 2025, we’ll share practical ways to use what’s available more effectively — saving time, reinforcing learning, and supporting meaningful behaviour change across your organisation.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore:

  • How courses and microlearns work best together – explore the different roles each plays so you can confidently combine them into meaningful learning journeys rather than one-off launches.
  • How elearnings are built with real moments in mind – get insight into how we design elearnings around everyday workplace scenarios, and how you can easily integrate them into onboarding, manager development, DEI initiatives, and key people processes.
  • How to use elearnings as curation tools or make them your own – our content is intentionally designed to be flexible so you can use courses and microlearns as both examples or building blocks, and reframe or rebrand them to reflect your organisation’s language, priorities, and culture.
  • How to increase engagement and relevance – learn the principles we use to drive engagement behind the scenes, alongside tactics to encourage participation and keep learning alive over time.

Whether you’re rolling out elearnings for the first time or looking to increase adoption and impact, this session will leave you with clear ideas, practical tips, and ready-to-use approaches for making the most of the elearnings already at your fingertips.

Who is this relevant for?

This session is designed for L&D practitioners, HR teams, and DEI professionals who want to explore how to use inrehearsal’s elearning offering as a flexible, embedded part of their people development strategy.
