Combining her experience in psychotherapy and acting, her approach is to work with people “above and below” the surface. From her experience in psychotherapy and coaching, she works with clients to explore every perspective, dig deep, and bring vital challenge where needed. From her earlier career as professional actor, she has learnt strategies for how to deal with nerves, structure clear messages, how to tell a story and deliver content with impact.
