Do you want to make changes in your life but don’t know where to start? Do you struggle to set realistic, achievable goals? Do you crave more control over your actions and behaviours, or feel like you need to get ‘unstuck’?
If so, this interactive webinar will introduce a toolbox of techniques to help you develop your inner coach and support your personal, professional, and overall wellbeing. During the session, we’ll explore the GROW model and how you can use it to set, stick to, and achieve your goals.
What we’ll cover:
- Raising your self-awareness.
- Paying attention to your internal dialogue and limiting beliefs.
- Asking the right questions using the GROW model.
- Celebrating success to build self-esteem and confidence.
- Becoming a reflective learner.
Why is it important for people to learn this skill?
People who set their own goals tend to perform better over time. They track progress, reflect on their learning, and celebrate their wins. By coaching yourself, you take full responsibility for your development and objectives — you’re not waiting for someone else to push you. Instead, you take control, increase your accountability, and build confidence.
Setting your own goals forces you to clarify what you want and why it matters, making it easier to prioritise, stay focused, and avoid distractions. It also builds resilience: you learn to encourage yourself, reflect on setbacks, and keep going — all of which contribute to sustainable performance and wellbeing.
Who is this relevant for?
This workshop is relevant to anyone looking to invest in their professional or personal development. It will also be valuable for managers and leaders who want to empower their teams to take ownership of their performance, wellbeing, and long-term success.
