The GROW Model
The GROW Model is a useful model for having goal, objective based coaching conversations and/or for helping people through difficult or tricky situation. It creates a fantastic framework to follow to help open up the conversation, explore different options and unlock new possibilities. GROW stands for Goal, Reality, Options and Will or Way Forward.
