The SBI Model
The SBI model is a useful model for helping you prepare a piece of feedback. It provides a framework to organise thoughts & feedback in a clear, specific manner. The SBI model stands for Situation – describe the situation, what occurred. Behaviour – what was the observable behaviour? Impact – describe the results of the behaviour.
