Run It Back is the first production that she has conceptualised and directed. Coral began her career as a performer. Restore began as a series of workshops that contain numerous self-care and support tools to calm the body and mind. As a result, Coral has taught and demonstrated these tools to various companies such as the National Theatre, Keils skincare, and the Bard Graduate Center in Cambridge. Coral offers hatha yoga exercises that are in alignment with the restore philosophy. Offering solutions to encourage the body to slow down and offer peace of mind.
