RItu Kiran

Ritu Kiran is the Founder and CEO of Aubilities, a company dedicated to unlocking the value of neurodiverse talent in the workplace. Before launching Aubilities, Ritu built a successful career at Accenture and other major organisations, specialising in HR consulting and HR technology across sectors including Financial Services, Energy, Telecoms, FMCG, and Pharmaceuticals.

Her mission became personal in 2018 when her son was diagnosed as autistic. Seeing both the challenges and extraordinary strengths of autistic thinkers, Ritu identified a major gap in how corporate environments recognise and harness specialist neurodiverse talent. This inspired her to create Aubilities and advocate for meaningful inclusion.

Ritu has shared her story in Autism Eye, a leading UK national magazine, and has served as a Trustee Board member for a national charity supporting autistic children. She is currently working on her debut book on parenting autistic children, scheduled for publication in 2026.
