My passion and value are in working closely with senior leadership teams to have the highest quality conversations - to activate strategic potential and improve relational intelligence through experiential and dynamic techniques.

I am an experienced, energetic, and commercially minded professional who works creatively to dig deep into the dynamics that underpin organisational performance.

At my core, I am a systems thinker, a voice for what isn’t being said, a learner, and an educator.

  • Delivering transformational leadership development programmes, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, belonging, and diversity.
  • Creatively working with conflict to avoid it becoming destructive
  • Encouraging mindfulness to enhance strategic decision-making

I work with leadership teams and Boards across sectors and geographies, readily adapting to challenges and cultural sensitivities. I am someone who genuinely enjoys the rocky yet rewarding road of connecting people and organisations with their purpose.
