My purpose is to equip leaders and management teams to unearth the challenges that sit below the strategy. My passion and value are in working closely with senior leadership teams to have the highest quality conversations - to activate strategic potential and improve relational intelligence through experiential and dynamic techniques.

I am an experienced, energetic, and commercially minded professional who works creatively to dig deep into the dynamics that underpin organisational performance.

At my core, I am a systems thinker, a voice for what isn’t being said, a learner, and an educator.
