Raul Aparici

Raul Aparici is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, consultant, speaker, coach, and facilitator. His diverse background includes a career in the fitness industry, a BA in English Literature, an MA in Critical Theory, and an MA in Gestalt Therapy Theory. Raul combines academic insights with commercial pragmatism, applying them to real-world contexts.

He provides Equine-Assisted Coaching and Leadership Consulting with Operation Centaur in Richmond Park. Previously, he served as the Programme Director for Coaching Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London. Currently, Raul is the Head of Faculty at The School of Life and operates his own psychotherapy clinic. Over the past decade, he has delivered workshops on emotional skills and leadership development across various industries in the UK and abroad.
