Susan is a former group marketing director and Executive Committee member of ISS A/S, JLW (now JLL) and Lafarge Tarmac (now Tarmac). At 55, she retrained as a voice and executive coach so she could play a part in promoting greater representation of women in business and society. She designs and delivers short courses for Central, particularly ‘Step Up’, a modular women-only programme that prepares women for pay-rise and promotion conversations. She also works independently with individuals and groups, and is a popular guest speaker, particularly at women’s network events.
Susan holds a Masters in Voice Studies with Distinction from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is trained to Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level; is a 30% Club speaker and coach; member of the International Coach Federation (ICF); member of the Voice And Speech and Trainers Association (VASTA); and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
She has worked with many individuals and groups, and with corporates including Accenture, ANZ, Apple, BNY Mellon, Dupont, the Financial Times, PA Consulting and Skanska.
