The inrehearsal Studio approach

1. Discover

Find, explore and understand the objectives and challenges of the project – identify target audience and any barriers to learning.

2. Define

Define the objectives of the project and create a clear value proposition. Understand how/where impact will be measured and what success might look like.

3. Design

Working with internal and external experts design the learning project – storyboard, script, workshop as appropriate.

4. Create

On-location or studio shooting, eLearning design + supporting animation and GFX build the dedicated learning project.

5. Evaluate

Continuous testing and evaluation throughout the process – learning and iterating as we go, making changes and recommendations throughout the journey.

6. Deliver

Support to integrate, launch and communicate your dedicated learning project. Review qualitative and quantitative feedback and act accordingly.
