I love it when teams and individuals break through barriers and achieve more. The work that I do gives space for hard-working, busy people, to consider the human element of work and get the best out of their time and strengths, and those around them.

I partner with organisations to create bespoke, intelligent solutions that respond directly to organisational and individual needs. I often work in the space of communication, awareness, culture, strengths, management and relationships, but I have covered most topics.

I have worked in learning and development for more than 14 years. I started my career in the charity sector, which gave me amazing experience in international development and training in UK Prisons. Seeking cross-sector experience, I jumped into the world of fast-paced consultancy and into an internal Head of L&D role in the corporate space. My findings? Great learning is great learning!

In 2018, after the birth of our first daughter, I set up Heale Solutions. These days I spend my time working directly with clients from concept through to delivery and impact measurement, and I am proud of the long term relationships I have built.

I have two coaching qualifications (ICF ACC and ILM Level 7) and hundreds of hours of experience working with executives through to early talent.

I have worked with brilliant brands including EY, Nike, Deliveroo, Uber, the NHS, and the BBC. Typically I work with clients by:

· Designing and delivering bespoke people programmes.
· Coaching individuals or groups.
· Designing and delivering individual training sessions.
· Supporting parent talent retention through training and coaching.
