Performance Coaching
If you’re finding it difficult to get the best from your current role you might want to try a helpful tool called The Good At versus Enjoy Matrix. The tool can help you map out what you're good at, what you enjoy, what you're less good at, and what you don't enjoy so much.
To use the tool, draw a cross on a piece of paper, with two axes representing the things you're good at and the things you enjoy. Then, identify the five or ten elements of your role that you can map out across this axis. By doing so, you can identify the areas where you are confident and competent, where you need development and where you can leverage your strengths. This tool can help you manage your role better and build confidence in your abilities.
