Stress can take many forms and can affect us in different ways. In this exercise experiment with a method of reducing stress and flushing negative toxins out of the body How do we do that? By focussing on the breath. Close your eyes and breathe in for 4 counts and out for 4 counts - repeating between 5 - 10 times. This will release tension and unhelpful stress.
