Jem is the Artistic Director of HydrocrackerTheatre Co.and a Communications Coach with 25 years experience in the drama and acting world including roles in Game Of Thrones. He is a confident communicator and is able to portray complex messages through storytelling.

In his role as associate of Dramatic Resources and Theatreworks, Jem provides communication courses to organisations on topics ranging from leadership, personal impact and presentation training.
